More about the style of yoga and venues….
My style of yoga is influenced by the Bihar School of Yoga and my studies of the Alexander Technique. I want students to be inspired to start their own yoga practice at home. The classes are not intended to be a workout session to last the week but rather to achieve a state of mind and body that you will want to experience everyday for yourself.
General information – wear comfortable clothes, bring a warm top and blanket for relaxation.
No large meals 2hrs before the class.
