Yoga- the science and art of Self Realisation.
Ancient techniques which can help everyone regardless of age or physical ability.
Gaining control of the breath is the key to relaxation.

It is well documented yoga can help with many conditions such as stress, poor sleep, stiffness, joint pain, constipation, headaches, high blood pressure and diabetes.
Since 1996 Simon has taught yoga in a range of settings: primary and secondary schools, prison, Cortijo Romero in Spain, Henley Business College, baby yoga and private classes.

Swami Satyananda

Simon trained with the Dharma Yoga Centre part I 1994-1996 with Jan Sim and Lyn Nixon part II 1997-2000 with Julie Friedeberger.
The Dharma Yoga Centre in Harlow, Essex, was founded by Swami Dharmananda Saraswati with the blessing of Paramahamsa Satyananda Saraswati.
Swami Satyananda  (pictured right) is the founder of the International Yoga Fellowship Movement and the Bihar School Of Yoga.
Simon completed a British Wheel of Yoga teacher training accreditation in 2006.
